C-TAP Benefits & Services
During the Quarterly Benefit Review, we will:
- Visually inspect all desk sets, handsets and station cords and repair or replace as needed.
- Visually inspect main communications system control unit and clean as needed.
- Review employee utilization of system features & capabilities and schedule training and/or support as needed to maximize solution benefits.
- Discuss emerging applications and their possible short term and long term impact on the organization.
- When necessary, audit local and long distance call patterns & charges and make recommendations, as needed, for adjustments to insure adequate capacity, quality of service and control costs.
- Priority scheduling and dispatch for break/fix support requests.
- All service, repair or replacement of defective equipment will be in accordance with manufacturer's specifications.
- Unlimited waiver of labor charges for “no trouble found” remote or onsite service calls.
- Unlimited waiver of labor charges for “no trouble found” carrier calls.
Annual Preventative Maintenance
- Annual Preventative Maintenance includes services listed under the “Quarterly Benefit Review” and the following additional benefits.
- Remote backups of system configuration and settings.
- Unlimited physical moves and changes during normal, weekday business hours.
- Unlimited remote programming changes during normal, weekday business hours.
- Back up and archiving of system databases where applicable.
- Waiver of labor charges when equipment is added.
- Technology upgrades and additions available with no increase in monthly payment after month 24.
- Addition of new technology at any time without extension of program term.
- Software upgrades (current version updates).
- Waiver of labor charges with software upgrades.
- Designation/key strips for desk sets, as needed.
- Unlimited training of all staff (Abletek makes the determination as to the appropriate method of training).
